La course XXX Volta a la marina est une course espagnole de cyclistes amateurs. Alors que les coureurs s'enfoncent dans les terres vers leur prochaine étape, ils font face à un vent de plus de 100 Km/h. Pour les cyclistes, le vent est le pire ennemi. Le poleton est stoppé net et il est impossible d'avancer. Afin d'éviter des accidents, la direction de la course décide d'annuler cette étape.
