Just as Apple promised last week, international iPad 2 pre-orders are underway as of today, but with a 2-3 week estimate on shipping. Other online stores are also up now, like Canada and UK, but simply list iPad 2 as currently unavailable at the moment. Customers from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland and the UK can pre-order the iPad from their respective Apple stores; the actual device is slated to ship on May 28.
