Apple has just released iTunes 10.2.2 for Windows and Mac OS. The update carries just minor syncing issues and performance improvement. Safe for ultrasn0w and recent IMEI unlockers too. So jailbreakers and unlockers can now update to iTines 10.2.2 software.
