Features include a countdown clock which is synced to your time zone as well as a commercial-free, mobile stream of the web-cast event. And if you’re actually going to be in attendance of the NYC event, the app offers weather, news, photos, maps and a schedule of the nights celebrations. On top of all that you can even check-in via Foursquare, Twitter and Facebook, and you’ll be shown exactly how far from all the nights festivities you are.
